Description
The hotel card serves as the key to access one's hotel room, containing essential information such as the hotel name, address, and room number. It acts as a vital tool for internal management, providing guests with important details about their accommodation and serving as a clear identifier of their assigned room. During check-in, the hotel's system automatically matches the guest's personal identification data with the information on the room card. This card possesses a built-in chip that works in conjunction with power equipment and the access control system, enabling it to transmit proximity signals. As guests enter or exit their rooms, the card can be easily read for validation. Remarkably, removing the card from the power card slot deactivates the room's entire power supply, ensuring that energy is conserved when the room is unoccupied.
In the past, hotels used magnetic stripe cards, also known as "swipe cards," for access purposes. However, modern technology has introduced alternative access methods, like proximity cards, which have gained popularity among hotel owners. Most hotels now prefer a 125Khz frequency proximity card, which can be accessed via radio frequencies without the need for swiping or inserting it into a reader. As long as the radio frequency on the card matches that of the reader, the lock unlocks to allow access.
The most common proximity card used in hotels is the AT5577. Although it is typically used as an ID card due to its low-frequency 125Khz, it is a special chip that can be encrypted to protect the written data. In addition, its memory consists of 363 bits with 11 sections. These unique features make the AT5577 card popular in the hotel industry.

Our production capacity has significantly improved with the implementation of an automatic machine for coil embedding on our production line dedicated to the manufacturing of low-frequency cards. This allows us to produce a wide range of cards, including popular options like AT5577, competitive T5577, EM4200, and Hi-tag 2, among others. As a result, we have been able to meet the demands of both mainland and overseas markets. The remarkable sales figures we have achieved further bolster our confidence in the hotel business line.
This flowchart illustrates the steps involved in placing an order and ensuring its shipment. It highlights how the entire process is carried out from the moment a customer initiates a purchase request to the point when the order is dispatched for delivery.
To begin, a customer places an order through the online shopping platform by selecting the desired product and specifying the necessary quantity. The platform then generates an order number and creates a record of the customer's information and purchase details in the company's database.
Next, the order is reviewed for accuracy and completeness by the company's sales team, who confirm the availability of the item and its delivery timeline. They then verify if the customer's payment has been processed and received successfully.
Once all the necessary checks have been completed, the order is sent to the warehouse for processing. The warehouse team then retrieves the item and prepares it for shipment. This involves packaging the product securely and labeling it with the customer's address and other relevant information.
The shipment is then ready to be dispatched, and the courier company is notified of the order. The courier picks up the package from the warehouse and begins the delivery process. The customer is then notified of the shipment and provided with a tracking number to enable them to monitor the delivery status.
In conclusion, the process of placing an order and ensuring its shipment involves several steps and different teams within the company. However, through effective coordination and communication, a seamless experience is provided to the customer, from the point of purchase to the delivery of their order.

FAQ
Q: What is the working theory for the EM4200 ID card?
A: 1. Reader sends the 125Khz signal out by the antenna;
2. ID Card entered the working area of the reader, inductance coil, and capacitance from the ID card connected to receive the 125Khz signal from the reader;
3. The read control module modulates the data of the storer on the carrier via phase-modulation coding, and send it back to the reader via an antenna;
4. The reader will adjust, encrypt and send the signal from the card to the company.
Q: Are all RFID cards the same?
A: RFID cards is general name for smart card. As different frequency, there are three types of cards: RFID contactless cars with 125Khz and 13.56Mhz and 960Mhz frequency chips.
Q: What is an EM card?
A: EM is a standard RFID technology to be used by many Nordic access control systems. EM4200 is the EM chip used with 125Khz today and is compatible with EM4102. EM uses a shorter read range of up to 20CM depending on the environment, reader, and antenna.
Q: What is the lead time for 10,000pcs of EM4200 ID card?
A: It takes 8 days around for 10,000pcs of cards. We also can make advance 1-2 days for your urgent request.
